I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15
Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.
Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!
On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
So fun to pace and be in beautiful Snow Canyon at this beautiful time of year! Tom and I had the 2:20 spot again today. We had a great group of people sticking with us and some keeping us from passing them. We were on target the best we have ever been and then the race went and had ...25 instead of .10 for that last bit. We would have come in just about perfect but with the extra we were a bit over. That is ok...Tom's time actually shows a bit faster...I stayed back to help a lady on that last stretch who actually needed to hold on to me. It was great to be there for her...and Cecilia and Rebecca and Taylor and Lori and the Amercan Leggins girl and the others whos names I don't remember or we didn't get. We love to pace for American Flyers Race Pacers!
