Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Quick lunch back from Disneyland.  Getting a lot of walking miles in.  Ran four with my crazy running husband before the kids woke up.  Very handy having a 17 year old to watch them while we go out.  I guess I must admit to having a bit of the crazy running in me too.  It use to be that when we were on vacation I would stay in bed while he was out running.  Now I'm out there with him.  I'm glad it is a good habit he brought me in on!  Now, back to the happiest place on earth! (and maybe the crowededest place too!)

Great job running on vacation! If you go to California Adventure go on the Bug's Life 3D Movie it will give you a short fast back massage!

Disneyland is so much fun! I always love running in new places and doing a little exploring! Enjoy the vacation!

Isn't it amazing how running can take over sleeping in - and it still feels great!?! I love it! You're awesome!!! Hope you're having a great vacation!!

Kim, goofy is as goofy does. Run Kim, Run. No doubt, Forest, with the Gump, would be proud of an early morning run in the middle of fun.
