I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Didn't get any miles in yesterday or today. I've had the January blues a little harder than I ever have before. The two days I have been the worst are the two days I haven't been able to force myself out the door. Correlation?....Possibly. I am feeling a little better tonight. I plan to get a long run in tomorrow. I hope the weather cooperates. It's hard because I don't have a treadmill or a gym pass or a job with a gym, so my runs are outside no matter what. You may want to offer Tom a little sympathy since he is having to deal with me dealing with the blues.
Kim don't worry about me. I just wish I could do more to help with the blues. Too bad they hit on the nicest weather day we've had in what seems like forever.
I'm looking forward to the run tomorrow. Even if it's raining or snowing it will be GREAT!
Kim, I hope your feeling a little better today and are able to get that long run in. And I hope that you survive the WIND! I'm typing and watching everything that is not nailed down in my yard be blown around right now! yuck!! Good luck, I'm sure the running will lift the spirits :) BTW, what did the friend decide to do about Painters? I'm secretly hoping that she decides not to do it so you can run with Lybi and I.
Kim, hum, no more blues for you, your too positive. Come on, get out there, think good thoughts while you run. I don't think you need a kick in the pants, you need ice cream, then get out there and run it off.
Hey, I am with you, this is the first year me and Sylvie has ever discussed getting a treadmill. The weather has just been tough.
