I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15
Short-Term Running Goals:
Long-Term Running Goals:
Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.
Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!
On running and on life.....
On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Personal:
Going to St. George? Bag the hotel and stay in one of our condos instead!
I'm with you, decided that my running would go smoother right now if I got in earlier, but I chicked out when I saw how cold it was. Hope you didn't freeze out there this morning! Another great picture, it makes you look like your about a size one! are you eating enough? JK! Thanks again for all of your support! Happy running!!!
How fun that you often are running with your hubby these days. Very sweet. Boy, you look like you are enjoying yourself too much to be running a half marathon in that picture, was that from Painters? PS you are a thin chica!
Kick butt picture, take no prisoners, how many guys did you chick during the race? No doubt, Gwen is getting old, you have the look and form of a 1:30 half marathoner.
Fast and Getting Faster, Stay Cool, B of BS Rools out
Lybi, yes this was at Painter's. As you can see there is a guy going the other direction. This is part of the area where the trail overlapped. That dude was only about 2 miles from the finish line while I still had, (I can't remember, but more than that!) I think one direction was 7 miles or so and the other was 11. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
