Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Today is my missionary son's 20th birthday!  Happy Birthday Elder Lee!

Tom and I ran 2 miles this morning for his loosen up miles before the race.  I continued on to get my 5.3 before heading to SLC for the 10K Tom would be participating in.  I couldn't run it today because of my sister in law's baby shower.  I knew I wouldn't have time to get ready and didn't really want to crash the party as a stinky, red faced party goer.

It was really fun to be a spectator!  I was able to meet all of the bloggers that were there before hand so I knew who to be cheering for!  It was fun to cheer for so many by name!  Everyone seemed to have a great race, make sure to read all of the race reports!

It was so great to meet you today!!! Thanks for being such a great cheerleader for all of us! Could you please send a copy of the picture to me? My email is jody@pmginc.com. Thanks.

Wow, when you told me your oldest was 20 - I did not know that was 20 today!!!

Also, I had somehow mixed you and Michelle up somehow with respect to kids (I think it was just the lack of blood to my head after the run!). I needed to give you an even bigger hug because I know how much you miss your son. I hope the baby shower was good and that I get to see you again in a couple of weeks.

It was good to talk to you after the race. Tom did awesome today! My wife wanted me to tell you that she thinks you are gorgeous. If that picture you took turned out you can email me a copy at monaflash@yahoo.com

Kim, you are such a nice and fun person. Thanks for all gab, joking, poking fun and running support. Your great. Do you remember a few months ago when I said you will need an extra room on your house for all the trophies and awards. The way you and Tom are running it may be two rooms (one for each of you).

Stay Cool, 100 commando points for great support today, B of BS Rools out

Thanks for being my #1 cheerleader today and also the FRB photographer (see my race report for pictures)! I look forward to cheering you throughout the year as you set PR after PR!

BTW you are indeed gorgeous.
