Took it easy this morning as we got to bed late last night. I also wanted to make sure I was fully recovered from Saturday's run. Didn't notice any soreness to speak of. My resting heart rate on Sunday morning was 40.

My lowest sustained resting heart rate is 48. It can drop as low as 42 for one minute if I jog a bit and then stop and wait a minute or two, but then goes back up. However, my max is 170.
