Ran 5.24 in the morning and 6.02 after I got home from work. Felt a little sluggish starting off the second run, but felt strong at about two and a half miles on the uphill section. Pushed the pace over the next couple of miles, but had some bowel cramping with about a mile to go. Still felt some discomfort a couple hours after the run. Checked my blood pressure when I went over to Kohlers (100/65). Body fat percentage is now 17.2 percent.

Running twice a day is a great idea. 6 miles for the second run might be too much for you now, but I think it would be very healthy and beneficial to go out again for 2-3 miles possibly taking a slower runner along (great way to get your family to run).

I love running, especially when I get to pick cherries with my daddy.

Thanks, Jennifer! That's a very nice thought. I need to take my girls with me more often. I like cherries too.
