My wife Laureen got me into running. She went into the St. George Marathon Ten Year Club last year and I should go in this year. I have two daughters (15 and 21).

Felt great this morning and enjoyed just being able to get out and run. Still have just a little lingering soreness in my calves from Saturday's race, but not enough to slow me down. Really felt in the zone the last three miles, pushing a good pace, but felt like I could run forever.

Yes, it's time for another 20 miler this Saturday. Do you want to do the Provo Canyon run again? I'm up for that, or some other course if you prefer. Larry's in Alaska and the other neighborhood guys, to my knowledge, don't have any plans yet.
