Fairly routine run this morning except I came across a little dog that had been hit by a car. As I was looking to see if it had a tag, a lady pulled up in a van with the dog's companion. She had been looking for the owners but apparently they had recently moved. She wrote down their name on a little card and I told her that I would try to find a phone number for them. I looked it up when I got home and called them, but the number had been disconnected and it didn't give any forwarding number. |
