| PM- Today in weight training Stensgard had us do the mile for one of our test. I had totally forgot my running shoes or even flats this morning. So no running shoes no warmup whatsoever. Just me and my good ole slip on shoes that I have had since like 8th grade. Ran just a 5:40, which I really didn't care too much about this so I will be more prepared next time we test the mile.
After school I went out for 7 easy. Didn't have guitar practice tonight so I went ahead and did 3 on the treadmill with 2.5 being at 6 flat pace. Felt a little bit of lactic the first few minutes but then it went away.

| PM- 7.5 miles in the afternoon. I am really gettting a impatient, so I really want to do a race of somekind. Good thing the Turkey Trot is next Thursday, cause I really feel like running somewhat fast.
Later in the evening after hanging with the fam, decided to do a 2.5 shakeout.
