Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| AM- No warmup, so right into a 4 mile tempo out on Brush Creek. Should have warmed up, but I was lazy this morning. Splits were: 5:53, 5:57, 5:52, 5:52. Trying to learn how to run more efficiently on the downhill, and still run around 5:50 pace. 6.2 easy miles afterward.
