| So today we went up late that evening to go run yellow hill. We did 1 set which was all out all the way to the top which was about an 800. Then we did ladders up every light post, which felt better than all the way up. Did 5 ladders. Felt really efficient and smoothe on this one!!!

| Mile warm up followed by core in the grass. Then went and ran 4 easy miles with Nathan, Talon, and Mason. Just chilled and talked about life.

| Warmed up for a mile, then another 2 miles east with the fellow Cherokee brothers. Afterward coach decided to have us do a mile race on the track. He wanted us to hit 75 the first lap, but I thought that I wasn't going to go ham on this mile so I decided to take it as the first mile of my 5k pace. Hit a 5:19. Shoutout to Mason for running a 63 on the last lap. #CherokeeNation

| So the handi cap race is basically where the slowest person on the team goes first then the second slowest and so on based on the fastest time of the year. Warmed up for a mile then dynamics and the whole shabang. I started 17:45 after the slowest person, which nobody caught whoever was in front. Austin started about 20 seconds ahead of me. So I went off and we went down the High School highway and behind the school. There was a little hill by the facility and once I got there I was feeling good and then I sprained my ankle on the curb. I thought that I was just going to stop and not finish the race but then I saw Nathan coming up behind me and I tried to start running again. He still passed me though. After that I tried to hang on and at about a mile to go Kedric passed me. I finished the race and my ankle was hurting really bad I could barely walk. Iced and elevated all night and still not sure if I'll be going to Park City on Saturday. I just want to be solid and ready for Region next weekend.
