| AM- 28.6 meile ride on the canal trail today. Felt solid. This is probably the laziest I have been on the blog in a long time. I guess I have just been putting time into other areas lately and just kind of forgot about it. That is until I saw Eugene on Strava, and thought about the blog once again. Seems like a lot of people have been leaving this site, but I want to get back into it here. I even forgot to post my 50 mile race on here from last month. Haven't been running a lot since then, but planning on starting a new training block very soon! Still been getting in quite a few solid bike rides though!

| AM- 5 miles from home. 8:17 average. Felt like garbage until about the last mile. Can't complain though, I am healthy and not injured at all, so that is always something to be thankful for.

| AM- 16 mile ride later in the morning. Had a difficult time this morning, as one of my best friends (my Grandma JoeAnn) past away last night. I went over to her house every week to mow her lawn, and now that she is gone, I can't go over there and see her smiling face, and have the best chats together. She was an amazing woman, and she will be very missed by us all!
