PM- Did the Long Road Home workout at practice today. Felt really good and strong for the entire workout, but was pretty tired by the end. The workout went, 2 laps, 50 partner pushups, 3 laps, 50 v-ups, 4 laps, 50 burpees, 5 laps, 50 squats, 4 laps, 50 partner pushups, 3 laps, 50 situps, 2 laps.
