NIce cool run with a few sprinkles. I decided to push the pace a little during a few of the miles. I ran 10 mi. at 6:19 ave. I'm feeling pretty good and ready for a tough summer of training.
This evening joined Anytime Fitness so I could run all summer without worrying about the heat. So I went for a 6 mi. at 6:58 pace. Treadmills will help me control my "easy" runs.
Kathy and I went back to the gym for a late workout. I put in 4 more miles with a rest and stretch between each mile. 7:45 ave. |
