Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Oh my, what a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL morning it was today!! I walked outside to run with a jacket on and didn't even need it so I took it off and off Heidi W and I ran!! We had 7 miles on the schedule but decided to make it a challenging 7 and run Harry's Hill, then Woodland Hills "hill" to get the most of our run.  With that being said, CHALLENGING it was!! We hit some good strong Head winds and had to stop and walk a bit up Harry's Hill.  My legs are sore from Saturday and Heidi had ran 16 on Saturday so her legs were sore also.  Needless to say, by the time we got to the top, both of our legs felt like jello!! We were going to cut it short but decided to hang strong and so we ran up Woodland Hills Drive to the mailboxes before turning for the homestretch down home.  The last 3 miles were fast and so overall with the hills and wind we averaged a 8:30 overall.  I was happy with that pace having sore legs and all and Boy, it was just a great way to start a Monday morning!! I am so excited about this weather, It makes me happy!!! Okay, back to work now :).  Have a great day~

Nice and easy 5 mile square with the Heidi's and cute Janie today! We also ran into Michelle and she ran for a mile or so with us! Loving this weather :) Ap: 8:31

Due to a conflict in our Saturday, we opted to do our 20 miler today! WOW, what an amazing morning with the Heidi's!! Heidi C planned the course for us! It was a blast!!

Got Home after a girl's trip to Park City and Ty and the boys were gone fishing so I headed out for some mileage!! Ran around on a new course not really having a plan on distance or anything. Ended up being 8.6! It was a great run and nice to listen to some tunes and enjoy the weather!
