Well, I was going to get up this morning and get on the TM but I didn't (Ty actually turned off the alarm and I didn't hear a thing so, it resulted in sleeping in).  I woke up at 6:50 and debated trying to go down on the TM for even just 30 mins but was worried about getting back into the routine of things after our LONG break from work and opted not to.  Good thing as we all had a bit of a hard time getting back to our normal school/work morning jive.  So, I got home from work and ran out for a minute in between getting home and Tyler running.  I am a bit sad tonight :(.  I am just 28 weeks pregnant and the running hit a bit of a wall for me tonight.  I hit 2 miles and started cramping worse then typical.  For the last long while I would get Braxton Hicks that would tighten my stomach and create the pain down the back of my legs but tonight it was a sharp pain that ran along the bottom of my stomach, up both sides and down the front and back of my legs.  It honestly felt like my muscles and ligaments, etc were tearing.  It hurt and almost brought me to tears.  I tried to walk a few times and start running again and actually was able to run the last 1 1/2 miles straight but it really hurt!! And, I have now been home for 5 hours and am still cramping. I am not sure what to do at this point.  Wondering if it was just a "night" or the way things are going to be from now on and if I am doing damage, etc.  I need to think about things and may try to find a pregnancy belt to use when running, I have heard those help!! Guess we'll see.
