Ran when I woke up this morning. I have had trouble motivating myself to run especially since I decided I had no time to do a half marathon before my mission. But I have also had trouble getting hungry to eat (which I have been losing weight ironically since I've stopped running). I don't have a lot to do anymore so I decided that I'd start running again. Just easy mileage. It's weird I am going in almost 40 days!! My best friend growing up is leaving tomorrow and my best friend in high school is in the MTC today! Crazy!! It's coming soo fast!! Anyway, felt like crap on this run. I felt out of shape big time. But I kept a good pace! |
