Did the Kosmin Test today instead of old man hills. 4x60 sec. all out with 3, 2, 1 min recovery. It measures how fast you should get in the 1600m. I felt really slow and tight during this workout, but I ended up at the distance 1,448m about 3 meters short of Byron's. So, we got the same projected time of 4:46 which is only 6 seconds slower than mike! And if I can do that in the season I'll be good to go I think cause he will get some legit times this year. So, for feeling so crappy, this was a good workout. |
