AM- 4 miles E, 4x200m. Easy day finally! I know in the long run all those workouts will be better for me, but I'm just glad I get to rest before my races tomorrow. I get to run the 3200m (first) then the 1600m later. I am really excited. We went out to Washington (the church) and back. Then we had 200m at a good fast pace. I was light headed and hungry but I felt fine and fast, quick feet though! Ready to roll! |
