AM- 3 miles E. I felt good. Still a little cold in my facial area in the mornin'! PM- 10x200m (race pace)- I wasn't quite sure what to run for these because I know my time trial wasn't where I'd usually be at so we decided I stick with Byron on them. Splits were 37, 35, 34, 35, 34, 33, 35, 34, 35, 33. I felt pretty good and I didn't really feel even phased by this workout! When we were done I felt perfectly fine and ready to do more! |
