AM- 3 miles E. PM- 6.5miles 3x (600(1:47),400(1:12),300(50.30),200(30),100(15)) w/ harts warm/cool. I ran the first 600 on pace, 1st 400- 1:09 even with slowing down, 1st 300- 50, 1st 200- 30, 1st 100- 14. I felt really strong. 2nd 600- right on again 1:47, 2nd 400- 1:09, 2nd 300- 49, 2nd 200- 30, 2nd 100- 14. I felt really good this set, but I felt like I used everything and I wasn't feeling too good, but...we had another one! I was feeling sick, need to hydrate and eat better. 3rd 600- 1:53 so slow. 3rd 400- 1:12, 3rd 300- 50, 3rd 200- 30, 3rd 100- 14. So really a solid workout! |
