AM- 3 miles E. PM- 4x1600m (5:07 pace). I ran these really well! I mean Mike was running 4:56's crazy! Anyways I hit them on with 5:07, :07, :09, and :06. Even though I was light headed and a little malnourished, I ran really strong and pushed it on the 50m sections coach told us to! I must've been running fast since coach couldn't keep up! I need to work on my third laps (usually 1:19 about 2-3 seconds slow), but my first lap was always really strong! I really know I am going to lay the wood at this race! I am going to take care of myself this week! |
