AM- 3 miles E. Felt good. Need to get more sleep and stop stressing. It's just really hard. PM- 3 miles E plus striders. Did it on the track. I felt good. I keep feeling sick to the stomach due to seeing someone I care about not want anything to do with me all the time. We did the long jump and 300m hurdles. I was decent at both. I think I'll stick to distance though, because I think the longer the distance the better and more comfortable I am. GOT MY CALL!!! Canada Montreal Mission!! I am soo excited!!! :D |
