treadmill miles, 4.5 incline 5.5 mph. It's good cardio, but slow pace. How do you make your garmin take heart rate readings over time, but when you aren't moving?

If you make sure the "Auto Pause" option is turned off then just push start/stop at the begin/end of your TM workout you should be able to get your HR readings.
