Parrish to Legacy to a trailhead that has an invisible fence I ran into, knocking my knee hard, and the wind out of me.  Then home.  Oh yeah, it was dark and moonless, so I didn't see the fence.  I pushed from out the door, and felt pretty okay.  6:43, 6:28, 7:02, 7:49 (walked a bit) 7:13, 7:02, 7:28  (walked).  Whose blog was I reading that said, "I don't need any practice running slow?  I already know how to run slow."
