Out of the soup, onto the treadmill. I spent this entire run out of the 6's. Running 8:40 pace for 5 miles shouldn't make me feel satisfied, but there you are.

You'll be back into it quickly Kam. Sounds like you're doing it right and going by feel not by speed. It's tough mentally when your mind knows how good your body is but your body's like "What you talkin' bout, Willis?"
