I haven't been able to run due to lingering knee issues.  Just as it was starting to feel better in Mid December, ski season began in earnest.  I took a spill and popped something one cold Saturday at Snow Basin, and have been wobbly since then.  Oddly, I can still ski, but I'm limping quite heavily, and any attempts to run more than the shortest of distances leads to discomfort.

Left knee seems to be improving though.  If I can just avoid any addition slopes mishaps.

sorry to hear -- hope it starts feeling better. in the meantime, [carefully] enjoy the ski season. :)

Ugh, sorry Kam. Glad you're still able to enjoy the ski season. Hopefully by Spring your limp starts to dissipate and you can get back on the roads as you'd like.

Hmmm... I haven't been active on FRB or FB for a while, didn't realize this had happened. Sorry Kam. How's it feeling nearly a month later?
