7 more treadmiles.  I got home by 9, hit the mill at 9:30, off by 10:30.  I cashed in one of my daughters coupons for cheggs, and watched American Idol with the ladies till 11:30.  'Twas a long day, but I'm glad to get the run in.  I'm feeling good again.  Saturday run, anyone, if it isn't snowing?  How's that for a hedged bet?

it will probably be rainsnowing. consider venturing out to the great saltair for a flat 10k race. rumor has it there will be blasts of cold wind and precip right to the face.

allie, aren't those ALWAYS the conditions for that 10k? I'm not wimping out because of the weather. If it snows, I have to work.

Rachelle, I didn't watch BL yet. I'm saving it to watch with the little girls, who got hooked this season. My 7 year old nags me to ff the commercials even faster; she can't bear the suspense of all the cliffhangers.
