5:40 seemed way too early today.  Cloud cover kept temps in the 70's overnight.  I guess cool running is relative.  I ran my usual out on the 10k route, but came home the rollers route.  

New shoes arrived yesterday; that's usually good for a bump in enthusiasm.  I can't believe how many pair of lawnmowing shoes I have lying about now.  The ratio of shoes to lawns for mowing is extremely out of proportion.

5:40 is always early. Way to attempt to beat the heat. I doubt I would be a runner if I lived in IJR's heat.

What to do about all the shoes? I've got a growing pile in my mud room. I guess I need to take to the local running store as they ship to Africa a couple times a year. I can't wear holes in the shoes fast enough.
