5:30 am BST to Freedom Hills, came home on Main with 3 marathon pace miles. New pair of Mirage 3's felt pretty splashy. They have glow in the dark substance in the shoe laces. I've got flash, but no sizzle.

i think having sizzle but no flash is strictly worse.

It's hard to say. Once upon a time, I had both flash and sizzle. I guess it's a case of remembering bygone days with sadness. Or perhaps being a bit sentimental.
