PM: 16 miles on the bike, to campus and back
AM: 7 miles around the neighborhood with Anna pulling Michael in the bike trailer.
PM: 9 miles on my bike.
10 miles easy in the morning. A nice week of running and cycling. My quads were tired at some stretches, but I really am liking this combination.
