After a week of rest, ibuprofen, and grading final papers, I tested the waters.  It hurt the last little bit, but I was still able to run, which is a big step up from last week.

Again, no pain, so I'm thinking I'm over the injury.  But I'm still trying to decide how much to boost my mileage next week, and what my strategy for St. George should be.  If I want to run on my own and try to go under 3, or if I want to pace my mom and/or Zach, and then maintain a solid base and shoot for an even faster time next year.
