I went up and back to Kiwanis with Zach.  Then we ran a little over a mile with barefeet.  I'm considering getting some of the Vibram Five Fingers shoes, but it'll probably have to wait till we can finish the move and get our feet underneath us again.

Morning: 4 miles in 31:50, much of it was on grass, which felt great and was a lot of fun.  I need to do that more often.  

Evening: 3 miles, 2 miles on grass.  I need to be more consistent with my training, if only to maintain a higher level of fitness.  I do think that I'll shoot for a fast marathon in 2010.  I'm not yet sure about time, but I think under 2:45.  If I can get some consistent miles, I think that's well within reach.  I've run a 3:08 after 3 months training, so I think with over a year of good mileage, I could drop that time quite a bit.
