Morning: 4 miles in 31:50, much of it was on grass, which felt great and was a lot of fun. I need to do that more often. Evening: 3 miles, 2 miles on grass. I need to be more consistent with my training, if only to maintain a higher level of fitness. I do think that I'll shoot for a fast marathon in 2010. I'm not yet sure about time, but I think under 2:45. If I can get some consistent miles, I think that's well within reach. I've run a 3:08 after 3 months training, so I think with over a year of good mileage, I could drop that time quite a bit.
