I helped my mom do a three-mile tempo run and we did a little before and I did a little bit more at the end. I ran a little barefoot at the end. So far, so good this week.
2.5 easy, mostly at the park. I went .5 barefoot at the end. Tomorrow will be a little longer, so I decided to take it pretty easy today. If I get 25 this week, that'd be great.
