My long run was broken up due to some family activities. I ran 14.5 in the morning, about nine with the boys in the stroller. Then went 3 more in the evening just to bump up the total mileage. I actually feel really good and am happy with how I've been feeling as I've increased mileage. I don't have nearly as many little aches as I've had in the past, and I'm hoping that my work on form and just running smarter in general is contributing to this. If so, then I'm confident that I'll be able to have some solid mileage and eventually get some pretty solid marathons in the coming years! |
