Actually about 3 or 4 of this was easy and then the rest was at a pretty decent pace.  I also threw in alternating hard and easy spurts of 45 seconds and then 30 seconds for probably 10 minutes or more.  I was pushing the boys in the stroller, which bumps up the exertion level a little.  The congestion is mostly cleared up and that's really nice.  My goal is to maintain or slowly build up over the next month or so (maintaining close to or more than 30 miles per week), since this quarter's schedule isn't as amenable to high miles.  But then come June, I'll build even more, since my teaching is much more flexible in the summer session (which goes through mid July) and then I'm free for family time, writing, and running until later September.
