10 miles up on the Bonneville shoreline trail. I felt really good for the Monday after a 20-miler, so that's encouraging. Hopefully I can maintain solid miles over the next couple weeks before I start to taper down. This year I've been pretty happy with my consistency and would like to keep it up for the rest of the year and then carry it over to next year so I can have a much stronger base in the coming years.
