After a 1 mile warmup, I did a 4-mile tempo run with splits of 6:26, 6:29, 6:30, and 6:41. Then I did a 2-mile cooldown pretty easy pace. My perceived exertion was not too high, so that was nice. I did slow down a bit at the end, but I'm happy with where I am at this time of year. A little surprised at how easy it feels to be going a little faster.
