5 miles really easy with Anna and the boys in the stroller. My knee didn't bother me at all, though my muscles were quite sore. So now I'm just going to try to do a better job of getting consistently higher miles so that I can have better and more consistent races. I'd like to run under 3:00 in the next year, and hopefully under 2:50. For now, though, the goal is just to get a decent base under me and to avoid longer periods with little to no training.
