I agree with Hille in general. However, nog is good on Christmas and only in small doses. Having nog this early is a terrible choice.

Maybe you should try fueling with eggnog during your next marathon. I am sure it has a lot of calories and would sit well in the stomach.

That is not a bad idea. I am going to try it soon on a long run. 230 calories per half a cup to be exact.

I've never tried it without whiskey, but post-run sounds a lot better than pre-run.
