20 mins @ 10.0 with progressive inclines; 5 mins each @ 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5

10 mins @ 10.5, flat
15 mins @ 11.0, flat
Still some lingering stuffiness from the cold. Ready for it to be totally gone and out of my life already.
P.M. - LCC Ride (~25 miles). Though this canyon is always a challenge, it felt a lot better today than Saturday when doing it after first climbing Guardsman. Dad's 60th B-Day bash tonight.
