I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Started on my own with the intentions of doing it all on my own just nice and easy, but I ran into Melody about 4 miles into my run so I ran with her. We picked up the other girls and they ran me home. The pace picked up with them but it felt good. avg. pace 8:20 yoga |

| Ran to Melody's and we meet everyone on 8th, we had a rather large group today. 8:20 avg. pace again easy on my own and the pace picked up with everyone. |

| Started on my own pretty easy, but quickly warmed up. Ran a big loop to melody's (5 miles) then met up with all the girls and we ran down 8th s. and looped back up the diagonal. Felt good:) 8:00 avg pace 30 mins of weight circuits arms. |

Met McKenzie, Julie C., and Aubrey at Kneaders for a loop in the freezing cold, then picked up Melody, Marie, Desi, and Amanda for another loop in the Freezing cold. I didn't ever warm up and felt dead the whole way. I did have fun with all the girls though we ate at Kneader after and chatted. I left my stinky, super sweaty clothes there and had to go back and get them. How embarrassing! 2:00:15/7:58 Merry Christmas to all my running friends:)
