I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met at Rebecca's and ran with Julie, Marie, and Desi. The pace was fast from the get go, we went down center and up some hills to timpview dr. Felt pretty good and stayed up for the most part. 49:55/7:37 Weight circuits back and biceps plus core stretching |

Me and Julie C. drove to SF to meet McKenzie and Aubrey. We got to see the lunar eclipse while running it was so cool. I love stuff like that, it happened at 7:05 on the dot which is when they said it was going to happen. There was no rhyme or reason to our run we would just go in the direction we could see the moon. I didn't have a watch but Julie got the pace at 7:51 for the entire run. Pretty good for me these days.
