I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I'm feeling under the weather but like most runners I didn't take the day off. I went to the rec and did spin, we did endurance. The teacher is brutal even 34 weeks pregnant with twins. Then I went on a hike with Marie and are two kids so it was very lacksadaisy.
Pm went with Ericka down to the jogging path at will's and we ran up to the drinking fountain. Picked up cam for a bit. It was so very nice outside, I love warm Novembers they are the best.

| Decided to not run today, I felt pretty aweful last night so I slept in and then took a nap while my son was at preschool. Feeling a lot better now:)

| Didn't get up still sick. But I feel better once I'm up and going so I went to the OFC and did spin. It was an interval workout and I could tell I want up to full health. I should have been done but did 3 miles on the mill did 3x400 @5:55-6 pace. Was going to do 4 but that's all I had in me.

| 5 miles easy with Janae, we ran past the dead animal house and I had to stop and show her. This house has dead stuffed animals above thier porch with arrows in them. Plus other skulls and "white trash" parafanila in the yard. Fun times.
