I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

Ready to shut it down for the season as for racing, I will do the thanksgiving one just to run on that day but no more long distance races for a while.

| Started out with 20 mins on the bike at home and a quick HiiT workout. I thought I had to work earlier than I did, but found out I didn't so I went to spin class and then a short quick progression run on the TM.

| Started with yoga with my mom then went to the rec and did a spin class. Intervals on the bike, legs pretty dead after so what better to do but go get on the treadmill and run fast. I actually really like doing this. Started with one mile at 7:56 then 2@6:40's and 1@7:30 then finished all out for as long as I could go sub-6 pace for.

| Met Rebecca at the mouth and ran up the path. Waited for a couple minute at bridal vail parking lot for Marie and Melody but no one came so we got on the Bonniville shoreline trail and had a great run. It feels so good to be on the dirt. Loved every minute of it until we hit the pavement again.
