I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

i have started a kind of 30 day cleanse/restart called the whole 30. It is basically Paleo eating. I need a good reset with my eating so here I go.

| Car battery was dead when I went to go to spin class so I was late. Had to finish up on the spin bikes downs stairs. Avg HR for bike 113. Then ran on the mill for 6 miles. 54 min/138 avg hr did the last mile 7:50/157.

| Met Melanie and her trail buddies and did trail 51, just under 2000 feet of climbing. Another gorgeous day with warm sunshine. I wish this could last forever.

| 12 very tired miles in the canyon with Janae. Felt awful yesterday, I don't know if I will last 30 days in this diet. I felt very dizzy, snacking is very neccessary for me. I think I can stick to it but just have to put in some snacks. We will see, I really just wanted to get the sugar out and cut the cravings which I have and feel so much better. But it's hard to workout a lot.
