Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 28, 20, 14 and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met the girls and we went and ran trails, Rebecca was feeling really good so she pushed the pace. I was feeling really crappy so I had a hard time keeping up. |

Woke up to meet Melody at TV for speed but my baby has been waking up early too. I fed him and then went and found them along the way so I only ended up getting in 2x 1miles instead of 4. But they were the fastest I have done in probably 4 or 5 years. They were both on the MTC 6:00 and a 5:48 I havent gone below 6 in a while. The SI's and hammy are feeling Pretty good, I have been doing a lot of stretching as well as straping, massage and some other thing to straighten out the pelvis area. It all seems to be working. Woke up early and baby woke up as I was leaving so I fed him and the girls came to my house. He went back to sleep but woke up again so I took him with me. It is always hard to keep up with the girls pushing a jogger. Rebecca did releave me from it half way up the state street hill:) Most of these miles were just under 8's. Then I added on some when we got back. stretching I am going down to watch the SG marathon, so excited! Can't wait to cheer everyone on. pilates legs
