Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Met Rebecca and Amanda at the mouth and ran up Melanie at canyon Glenn. We where about to Vivian park when a biker told us there was a moose up the trail. We ran cautiously and where totally startled by a huge moose in the trees by the river. We didn't run past it just turned and went back down. We did 1 mile repeats. Legs where tired so only did 3 and backed off on the last one. 6:01, 5:57, 6:19

| Rebecca and myself drove up to the forest access up south fork and ran down 2.5 miles then started our workout with only half mile of the steep down hill then in the path. The workout was 3x3 miles with a mile in between progressively getting faster each time. The 1st one was the hardest and I didn't think my legs could finish but I felt better the longer we went. Up top it was freezing, 32 degrees and frost everywhere. I am not ready for that:(

was very chatty on the 1st two and even the 1st mile of the 3rd but had to focus at the end of the third set.
