I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Decided to go up and do a nice Sunday ride with Ericka and Darrin. We went up Big Cottonwood canyon. The plan was to do a50 mile out and back but Erickas tire had a hole and her tube was bulging through so we thought it would be better to cut it short. Ended up with 34 which was plenty for me.

| Downhill mile repeats, it's the best way to do them. Met Marie and Michelle and did TV (6:14), RC (6:06), and MTC (6:03) which where all faster than I thought they would be.

| Mid week long run with lots of Awesome ladies. I was so wasted from yesterday I lagged behind on the way up the canyon but felt a little better going down.

| Met at Michelle's moms house and ran up/down AF canyon with her and Carina. I am so tired from more mileage and speed. Also decided that my slacking on strength training is coming to an end. My SI's need the strength if I'm going to marathon train, so did a core Hiit workout
